The Sea Breeze Power team of energized and talented professionals has dedicated itself to environmental stewardship and corporate responsibility. To achieve these goals we work closely with communities and First Nations impacted by our projects because it is through meaningful consultation that everyone can understand local concerns and better identify local benefits that will result from a project’s development.

We have consistently demonstrated a desire to deliver ongoing and enduring economic and social benefits in the hope that communities recognize and support the value of much needed economic diversification and job creation through the development of clean, alternate energy generation and transmission. Job opportunities – during construction and ongoing – are spread across several sectors including construction, engineering, environmental services, maintenance and local procurement. As well, new roads and transmission lines constructed to high environmental standards can provide new access for public and commercial recreation activity and exploration. 

Sea Breeze Power has worked closely with First Nations to develop formal relationships that address such things as royalty payments, employment, job training and sponsorship of economic and social programs.
